Peripheral neuropathy is a condition where nerves are damaged causing weakness, burning pain, numbness, tingling, and debilitating balance problems. The damage to the nerves can be caused by many different problems in the body. Poor blood flow to the nerves, toxic levels of sugar in the blood (diabetes), chronic infections, pesticide exposure and genetic variants are a few of the causes of this debilitating condition. The cause is different for every patient and it must be discovered to help the nerves heal!

Dr. Jeff Rebarcak

Dr. Jeff Rebarcak has been in private practice for 33 years. After attending the University of Iowa where he studied biology and finishing up at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Jeff immediately opened Preferred Chiropractic in Tempe, Arizona, his first chiropractic clinic. Always keeping the vision of building passionate teams with caring doctors, Jeff quickly grew Preferred Chiropractic Centers from one office to multiple centers located in Arizona, Iowa, Illinois, Colorado and Texas where he served as Clinic Director and President. Dr. Jeff is currently the Board Chairman of Preferred Medical & Rehab (PMR). PMR is a group of integrated medical clinics that Dr. Jeff founded in 2017. Dr. Jeff continued Post Graduate work at the University of Florida and received certification in MedX Spinal Rehabilitation, Post Graduate work with the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians and is Board eligible for the CCSP, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician Certificate.

Dr. Jeff, his wife Coni and their three boys live in Scottsdale, AZ where they continue to serve the community through the Local Wellness Studio. In his spare time Dr. Jeff loves to go to the gym, play basketball, go to Sun’s & GCU Lopes games and stay active in his local church. Before moving back to Scottsdale, Dr. Jeff served on the Board of Deacons at Calvary Church of Naperville, IL. Dr. Jeff’s extraordinary gift of encouraging others to care for their health brings hope, assurance, and confidence that all things are possible if you’ll just believe.

I am a kindergarten teacher with a loving husband and two children. As I’m sure everyone does, I have a very busy life. Not too long ago I lost my sweet Dad. Following that I was in charge of taking care of my mother who suffers from dementia and post stroke symptoms.
