Dr. Jeff Rebarcak
Dr. Jeff Rebarcak has been in private practice for 33 years. After attending the University of Iowa where he studied biology and finishing up at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Jeff & his business partner, Dr. Jeff Glaus, immediately opened Preferred Chiropractic in Tempe, Arizona. Always keeping the vision of building passionate teams with caring doctors, They quickly grew Preferred Chiropractic Centers from one office to multiple centers located in Arizona, Iowa, Illinois, Colorado and Texas where he served as Clinic Director and President. Dr. Jeff is currently the Board Chairman of Preferred Medical & Rehab (PMR). PMR is a group of integrated medical clinics that Dr. Jeff founded in 2017. Dr. Jeff continued Post Graduate work at the University of Florida and received certification in MedX Spinal Rehabilitation, Post Graduate work with the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians and is Board eligible for the CCSP, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician Certificate.
Dr. Jeff, his wife Coni and their three boys live in Scottsdale, AZ where they continue to serve the community through the Local Wellness Lounge. In his spare time Dr. Jeff loves to go to the gym, play basketball, go to Sun’s & GCU Lopes games and stay active in his local church. Dr. Jeff’s extraordinary gift of encouraging others to care for their health brings hope, assurance, and confidence that all things are possible if you’ll just believe.
Dr. Jeff Glaus
Dr. Jeff Glaus is originally from the Quad cities area of Iowa and Illinois. He has been in private practice for over 33 years and all of that time has been in Arizona. After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic Dr. Jeff & his business partner, Dr. Jeff Rebarcak, immediately opened Preferred Chiropractic in Tempe, Arizona. Always keeping the vision of building passionate teams with caring doctors, They quickly grew Preferred Chiropractic Centers from one office to multiple centers located in Arizona, Iowa, Illinois, Colorado and Texas. Dr. Jeff received his post graduate certificate in MedX Spinal Rehab from the University of Florida and has been utilizing those protocols since 1992. Dr. Jeff was the lead chiropractor at the World Cup of Golf in 1999 and has had a passion for working with athletes and “weekend warriors” for many years. In 2020 Dr. Jeff was also the acting COO for Desert Hope Treatment Center in Las Vegas, NV. He acted in that role until May of 2023.
Dr. Jeff has one son and they reside in Tempe, AZ. In his free time Dr. Jeff plays basketball and continues to serve the greater Phoenix area through the Local Wellness Lounge.
Shaun Hampton, N P
Shaun Hampton received his MSN from the University Mary Hardin-Baylor and graduated with the highest honors. Having grown up in Texas, Shaun moved to Arizona in 2016 and is enjoying his time exploring the many outdoor activities Arizona has to offer.
With a background in emergency medicine, Shaun’s passion resides in teaching patients and educating them on the many options to prevent injury and pain. Moreover, Shaun feels exercise and staying active is a significant factor in overall health maintenance.
When not working, Shaun loves to spend time with his wife and son, being outdoors, and has a passion for fitness and training.
